We are proud to share that LONGi, one of the world’s most respected photovoltaic manufacturers, has earned an “A” rating in the 2024 CDP Supplier Engagement Assessment (SEA) — a top-tier recognition awarded to companies demonstrating outstanding leadership in climate-related supply chain engagement.

The CDP SEA Leaderboard status is a major milestone for the solar industry, confirming that LONGi is not only advancing solar technology, but also building a future-proof, low-carbon supply chain.

What Is CDP’s Supplier Engagement Assessment?

The Supplier Engagement Assessment, led by CDP, evaluates how companies manage and engage their supply chains on climate-related issues. The annual SEA score is based on governance, targets, emissions accounting, and supplier engagement strategies. Being placed on the SEA Leaderboard means LONGi is among a small group of companies leading the global transition toward climate-resilient supply chains.

LONGi’s 2024 Sustainability Achievements

In 2024, LONGi expanded its sustainability leadership by:

• Becoming the first PV company to receive the ISO 20400 certification for its sustainable procurement system, covering group-wide supply chain management

• Supporting 50 supply chain enterprises in conducting carbon audits

• Partnering with 4 suppliers to deploy 1,098 MW of rooftop PV systems

• Conducting Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) training to help suppliers set carbon reduction goals

• Rolling out a 2024–2028 Supplier ESG Capacity Building Plan
